Delivery

Packages are shipped by Soieries du Mékong within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. Your package is shipped by post at the priority rate. 

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

If you notice a problem when opening your package, call us immediately at 01.47.91.75.24 so we can answer your questions.

Tracking control

We will notify you by email of the progress of processing your order and you will receive an alert with the tracking number of the order as soon as it is shipped.

You have a right of withdrawal which can be exercised without reason within 30 days from the day of delivery of the order. This right of withdrawal will be exercised by the free return of new products (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed) accompanied by the order number to the following address: Soieries du Mékong, 5 rue de la comet, 92 600 Asnières-sur-Seine.
