Terms of Sales
You declare that you have read the general conditions of sale before placing your order. Validation of your order constitutes acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Price.
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
Product prices are subject to change at any time, however prices cannot be modified once the customer's order has been validated.
Order.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.
The customer has the possibility to modify his basket before final validation. The final validation formalizing the sales contract between Soieries du Mékong and the customer.
Soieries du Mékong undertakes to honor orders received on its online store, within the limits of available stocks. In the event of a stock shortage, Soieries du Mékong undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.
In the event of non-payment, address error or any other problem on the customer's account, Soieries du Mékong reserves the right to block the order until the problem is resolved.
Shipping
Packages are shipped by a service provider between24 and 48 working hours after receipt of your payment.
Your package is shipped:
- by Colissimo within 24 to 48 hours
- by courier (only in Paris intramuros) for delivery in the afternoon between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., if the span>order is placed before 12 p.m.. Otherwise the next day on the same slot.. Except Saturday and Sunday.
- by TNT within 24 hours
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you have the possibility of canceling the order under the conditions and procedures defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product, we will reimburse it and the delivery costs under the conditions of article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
Guarantees.
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (article L.211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All complaints, requests for exchanges or refunds must be made by email or post.
Right of withdrawal / return
In accordance with article L 121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties. Soieries du Mékong then undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 days if the product is returned without having been damaged.
Soieries du Mékong extends this right of withdrawal to 30 days after the date of purchase.
