Packages are shipped by a provider within 24 to 48 business hours after receipt of your payment.

Your package is shipped:

- via Colissimo within a period of 24 to 48 hours

- via Courier (only within Paris and its immediate suburbs) for afternoon delivery between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, if the order is placed before 12:00 PM. Otherwise, it will be delivered the following day during the same time slot

- via Mondial Relay (pick-up point) for delivery within 3-4 business days

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage fees.

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delivery delay, you have the option to cancel the order under the conditions and terms defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If you receive the product in the meantime, we will proceed with its refund and the shipping costs under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.

In accordance with Article L 121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties. Soieries du Mékong undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 days if the product is returned undamaged.

Soieries du Mékong extends this right of withdrawal to 30 days after the date of purchase.

Our product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes.

Product prices are subject to change at any time; however, prices cannot be modified once the customer's order has been confirmed.

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

The customer has the option to modify their cart before final confirmation. Final confirmation formalizes the sales contract between Soieries du Mékong and the customer.

Soieries du Mékong undertakes to fulfill orders received on its online store, within the limits of available stock. In the event of an out-of-stock situation, Soieries du Mékong undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.

In the event of payment default, incorrect address, or any other issue with the customer's account, Soieries du Mékong reserves the right to block the order until the problem is resolved.

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Article L.211-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided for by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All claims, requests for exchanges, or refunds must be made by email or by post.
