At Soieries du Mékong, we are happy and proud to collaborate with new partners. Their support allows our weavers to make a decent living from their art, acquire new skills and send their children to school.
Loyal support for 1 year, Arteum has asked us again: an opportunity for us to highlight our unique pieces and our ethical project on the occasion of the Elsa Schiaparelli exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris.
You will also find our scarves and scarves at the Quai Branly and soon at the Matisse Museum in Nice.
Meeting with the Arteum teams
Distributor of cultural and tourist products for 10 years, Arteum manages with enthusiasm and professionalism boutique bookstores of museums such as: Musée des Arts Décoratifs, MUCEM, Musée du Quai Branly, Musée Matisse - Nice, Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie .
We had the chance to welcome the team to our premises in Asnières, to present our unique pieces and together create a tailor-made offer soon exhibited at the Matisse Museum in Nice: scarves, scarves and squares in silk or in multi-materials from the latest Fall-Winter 2022 collection , have once again amazed our partner.
Why did you select Soieries du Mékong for: the MAD, the Musée du quai Branly and soon the Matisse Museum in Nice?
Arteum is proud to be able to collaborate with Soieries du Mékong.
The products offered are of high quality and regularly renewed, which allows for great dynamics in the store.
Beyond the products, we are very happy to participate in your project which aims to help the integration of a large number of people in Asia.

L’exposition d'Elsa Schiaparelli
From July 6 to January 22, 2023 , Soieries du Mékong will be present at MAD as part of an exhibition which highlights the inspiring work of Elsa Schiaparelli: famous Italian designer of the 1920s.
How do Soieries products illustrate the Elsa Schiaparelli exhibition?
The wide choice of colors allows you to adapt the offer present in each store.
Particularly for the Elsa Schiaparelli exhibition, very beautiful models in fuchsia tones were presented in the store.
Elsa Schiaparelli is at the origin of the creation of the color and pantone Rose Shocking and we wanted to highlight products highlighting colors that are close to this specific color.

The museums where to find us
The MAD is not the only site to support us, the incredible work of our weavers is also exhibited in other museums:
- Musée du quai Branly, Paris

This collaboration with ARTEUM brings support and visibility to our project in favor of women. The Schiaparelli exhibition and the presence of our pieces in museums are new ways for Soieries du Mékong to make itself known.
